(Doha, Qatar) Looking for Demi Chef De Partie for a 5 star luxury hotel.
Responsibilities:
• Support Chef de Partie in the daily operation and work.
• Control food stock and food cost in his/her section.
• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks.
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation.
• Working knowledge with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
• Prepare special meals or substitute items.
• Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator.
• Ensure the quality of the food items.
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
Requirements:
• 1 years' experience in similar role in Kitchen department
• Preferably candidates who can speak Mandarin Language
